For some reason, when reading this …I could not stop thinking of role of a mother…in family organization…I am sure the same can be said for fathers, children, siblings, friends….! Let’s be thankful for all the invisible ones! Yes, let’s remember to lead and live with love!
ALL humans are designed to be seen and belong. American culture is so competitive very early the child learns it is to painful to be visible. Best thing you can do for every kid, and the ordinary is to be curious about them. See them. What interests them, what do they love.

What I’ve found is that the same people holding it all together in one org are just as capable as doing it again somewhere else.
If one group doesn’t appreciate the work, keep searching until you find a company/org that does.
They’re out there, it can just take time to find them.
