For some reason, when reading this …I could not stop thinking of role of a mother…in family organization…I am sure the same can be said for fathers, children, siblings, friends….! Let’s be thankful for all the invisible ones! Yes, let’s remember to lead and live with love!

Yes, I thought about my Mom and the role Becca plays in our family, along with many others, while writing this.

Thank you again for bringing this truth to light, for raising our awareness to not be taking anything for granted from anyone! :)

What I’ve found is that the same people holding it all together in one org are just as capable as doing it again somewhere else.

If one group doesn’t appreciate the work, keep searching until you find a company/org that does.

They’re out there, it can just take time to find them.

Truth. This piece is causing some people to feel uplifted while others feel convicted. Funny what a mirror can do.

ALL humans are designed to be seen and belong. American culture is so competitive very early the child learns it is to painful to be visible. Best thing you can do for every kid, and the ordinary is to be curious about them. See them. What interests them, what do they love.
